1. Why do you want to become an admin?

I have been in city since a long time I have been in all organization and I have got experience in all organization including legal as well as illegal organization with a HC position in almost all the organization so I know almost all the rules server rules which will help me in becoming a better admin. I would like to become and admin to help new people so that they do not have any bad experience and I would also like to prevent any activity against the server rules.
