2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
I have been in LifeInvader for a while now ever since June of this year joining under Amara Somatra's leadership, then Gio Thanasis, Sully Ra'Nell, Effy Rose, and Nic Fury all having been exceptional at their role. In the beginning, I focused mainly on ads doing thousands per week and constantly getting a guaranteed rank up for getting on the leaderboard. I think that was a great motivation as a starting point in LifeInvader as it encouraged me to become consistent with my work and to get to understand a very important section of the organization.
I am currently Manager rank in LifeInvader allowing me to handle clients, manage how ads are sent out, making sure the right people are joining LI, and be given a greater responsibility in the organization as a high command. I believe I should be given the chance for leader as I wish to have more impact, to become a role model, and to improve the work ethic in LI.
A change that I think LifeInvader needs to have is to improve the starting phase for interns with more videos/tutorials and a clear explanation of the rules. Often we have people making mistakes in ads, using drones for personal use and anti-afk which is all a bad image for LifeInvader. A way to fix this is by adding the few rules that we have into the LI application so that people who want to join will have to tick a question that they understand the rules and if they break any then they will have no excuse. Also, other state organizations have contracts that people have to sign in order to be allowed to work. This should be implemented into LifeInvader as the contract should state the rights that employees have and state specifically the rules that employees have to follow.
In my opinion, LifeInvader's policy is at a very good standard and not much needs to be changed, but with any upcoming server updates, the policy, clothing list, and car list should be updated accordingly.
If I were to become leader changes in the pricing for LifeInvader's services would be made such as lowering ad costs during 00:00 - 04:00. More happy hours (ad prices at 1k or more) during special events. A good idea that I have is that there could be a fee of 150k-500k which anyone in the city can pay to start a happy hour and there could be a special message from that person in the ether. Max 3-4 happy hours a day.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
1) I would increase the number of internal events for employees and events with other orgs as LifeInvader can sometimes feel lonely as we don't really have a specific work environment. Having more frequent events will encourage people to work together and overall improve the roleplay. Also, the talent show that LifeInvader has is great to get more involved with the citizens of Los Santos but like state waves or IRL radio, there should be events that we should be able to host such as find the LifeInvader car/ first person to bring me this/ scavenger hunt, etc. as a media company we work for the citizens who are our number one priority. We should allow for suggestions from the public by adding a suggestions channel in the Lifeinvader discord and the positive feedback we get allowing us to shape our organization with other opinions as well.
2) I would keep a similar bonus system to how it is currently but give out bonuses to employees who actually show up and help people calling for us at HQ. Many times I have been in city and someone is calling us constantly through the NPC and no one is there to help. This is a problem as a lot of us are working on PDA all over the city. Doing a large number of ads is great.. but doing ads consistently for hours is even better. I hate when I post ads and I am waiting for over 30mins to just get it posted so I know how others must feel about this.
3) The potential of News Stories is huge but we are not utilizing it enough. I would firstly improve the relationship with LEO's to allow us for better chances at New's stories and make sure the media team is safe when attending these events. An improvement of roleplay here is allowing stories with gangs as well, such as a reporter visiting the prison and talking with a prisoner on what happened, if they feel the punishment is right etc. just like irl. I wish to show both sides and to allow the public to form their own opinion.
