a) To start of the first reason I would like to be an admin because I possess Something that many other do not. work, experience, and playing hours and I love being an administrator because I am highly organised and meticulous. Also, I enjoy being in such an important supportive role that allows me to work with lot of people. I also think that there is always a way to learn and I mostly joined all the orgs. for about 60 days i worked in EMS which gave me a fortunate opportunity to cover the spectrum of EMS. After seeing my hard work. I was reached out to offer a job offer to become the FTO. with in the EMS. my current position in EMS is Assistance Medical professor
b) Secondly to continue, I want to become an admin because I have a Strong and confident personality which help me to believe on myself and on my decisions. I can expectantly run the city to the highest standard and will be able to optimize and speedily run all important aspects of the city i can be rest assured the city as i expected. while maintaining high RP. and fun
c) Thirdly i want to become an admin because of my strong ethics. as goes along with my statement. You can ask easily anyone who's personally worked with me that i an amazing and hard worker. When its come done to task. and a person who pushes to get things done. the minute they are required to be done with the confident and strong work style and mindset and i will step up the task with all my efforts 100% all the time
d) last but not the least. I love helping people who are in need and I think that there is a lot that I can do in the game as an admin that would help others. My management skillz in-game and on our forums would benefit players and make them feel more comfortable in the city. Also, I would be around the city mostly during the night, meaning the main admins could get some rest knowing that someone else would be there to help and serve. I've been in the city for long enough to know all the rules so I believe I'd be perfect for this position! Also, I enjoy being part of such an important supportive role where I'm able to work with lots of people. Whether that be answering a barrage of newbies questions or helping defuse situations. I'd like to assist the current admin team with their duties as we're seeing a huge increase in population every day.
What are your strengths?
My strengths would be that I am highly motivated and professional. Everything I do is with the highest level of professionalism and no matter what I set out to do I will be determined in ensuring that the correct results and outcomes are achieved.
Good listener. I am very open to understanding a situation but as well as knowing what the rules are to ensure that people feel heard whilst ensuring that they understand where they may have faulted to discourage such behaviours in the future.
3. What are your greatest weaknesses?
My greatest weakness is perfectionism. I always tend to ensure that everything has to be done correctly and precisely. Where this could be a strength it is also noted down as a weakness because it can be very time consuming and stressful at the same time.
Will you be ready to leave RP life to become an admin?
I have thoroughly enjoyed the RP lifestyle, it has been one of my favourite things with the city, but I believe it is time to help the rest of the curators and moderators in improving the experience further.
