Life Story:
Born in the ghetto of The Hague, as a foreigner born in a foreign country, Dermo was quick to fall in with the wrong people. He started as a hustler at an early age of 13. He quickly gained a good ammount of renown in the underworld of Holland, always trying to keep a low profile. He insisted to work a normal 9/5 job and would continue with dealing in drugs, weapons and more. Dermo was quick to make the right friends to grow to a point where it was hard to keep the two lives apart. After a drug deal went wrong, Dermo got in debt with some wrong people.. A cartel from Mexico visited Dermo in the Netherlands, and demanded payment of a shipping that went wrong.
Dermo could not pay that amount and was subjected to a hostage situation which would take a week full of torture and questioning. It was decided by the Cartel that Dermo would go undercover within' a state organization in a city where the cartel was trying to push their influence and sell their dope. With his skills he has learned in the Netherlands, Dermo took his jacket, got a small ammount of money from the cartel, and took a plane to the city.. His plan was to infiltrate a state organization, use his skills to influence the org, to get to a certain position where Dermo would be able to give the Cartel information, in exchange for money, to pay off his debt.
Career story:
Dermo quickly became a part of the LSPD and started to work while keeping a low profile. He became a tower and started to explore the city in the towing truck of the LSPD. He quickly got a feeling of the city and noticed that the LSPD is to strict to make moves there. He decided to join another state organization, the FIB, where the people in lead would be easy to manipulate and move within the organization without getting getting caught.
Dermo does have contact with the Cartel, where he gets to meet the higher ups in the underground society.. He regularly meets with gang leaders, small time gangsters that have ties with the Cartel and the business people that also have ties to the Cartel. Most of the time its an exchange of information, all in code word.
Outcomes:
1: Dermo has an outside handler, which is someone that recently entered the city. This handler is directly linked to the Cartel and passes the information towards the Cartel. This way the Cartel stays safe and the Handler is the one that is taking risks by giving out tasks and setting up meetings between Dermo and the Leaders of the gangs etc. The Handler regularly will offer the criminal underworld information for bribes(up to $100.000). 90K is kept by the Cartel, to pay off the debt. The 10k is for Dermo, to make a living in the city.. Because of this, Dermo is never able to really live the good life. (lowering/removing sentences, giving out information, planting evidence, raid information, gun ammo information, special events information etc.).
2: Dermo can enter the ghetto area, however, he does not rob/kill people off-duty, risks are not his thing.
3: Dermo has good technical skills, allowing him to confiscate and completely destroy the bodycam from any person. This is used in hostage situations where Dermo is present. If gangsters have payed Dermo, or are going to pay Dermo, Dermo may come in while off duty and destroy the bodycam of any person that is kept as a hostage at that moment. This can only be done by using the /try command, max 2 times per situation.
4: Dermo will sometimes accept tasks on the DarkNet to get prisoners released out of jail.
5: The FIB can not ask Dermo, by having OOC information, about this situation, unless Dermo tells an agent about this and/or Dermo gets caught with enough evidence. (body cam footage needed!)
6: Dermo is not able to help his family and/or gangs when they have special activities. The Cartel does not want to lose an important asset like Dermo.
7: Dermo will sometimes act like he called for a lawyer, when in reality, he never did. He will only do this to a small amount of people.
8: Dermo does everything to keep his privacy when doing corrupt activitites. He can refuse to show his ID when people ask for it. Instead he can show his passport and get to jail for whatever reason he is caught. Dermo will try everything to NOT get caught. If he is, he cannot talk about anything related to gangs and/or the Cartel and its handler.
9: Dermo can always use his streetsmarts to get the true information out of a 10-15 or in an hostage situation. This could be for both personal and organization purposes. This only using the /try command, max 2 times per situation.
10: Dermo will try to persuade fellow colleagues to join him in selling information to the Cartel. He has a secondary mission, gaining influence in the FIB to get high placed agents to turn. There will be logs made, and Dermo will try to create a shadow organization within the city, which will control the LSPD, FIB, NG and state. He can use the Cartel's money in a later stage to try to persuade the higher ups in joining him in the shadow organization. However, this is pretty risky, another Agent may tell on Dermo, which will result in a possible trial. So Dermo must be verry selective as to who he persuades.
