Yesterday I lost my Familie house and family (Purge 696) Level 3 Familie with 25 Garage spaces etc. that had been passed on to me. Today I lost my apartment 1218 and all the Weapons and personal belongings ( Just to clarify (because of the delayed unban)).
It was going well with me earning money buying useful stuff and proceeding to reach the next rank in my Job (USSS) but now...
I am truly saddened, mad, lost...I was waiting to get unbanned for almost a week even though Vincent said it will take up to 24 hours it sadly didn't within 24 hours.
I fully understand the current times are rough for you as well and you have a lot to do. I was trying to contact you and also sort of begged you to help me out I contacted a lot of staff members administrators etc. Sadly all they could say is "we can't do anything about it I'm sorry" and " I will forward you're worries and pleases to Mazhor but our hands are tied up...." (Admins that I contacted being: @Vincent Xozis @Jackson Clark @Khabib @Mason Xozis @Chang Wei and @Jonas Forum). As you can see I was really trying to get you're attention and tried by any means to contact you...I messaged you as well but sadly I couldn't reach you personally as well!
I lost a lot through that Delayed unban...not only that I also lost friendships, trust, progress, enjoyment, and so on... I also got 5+ days worrying about my account not being unbanned in time, almost sleepless nights, lots of stress, and an increased amount of fury plus more suicidal thoughts (than usual).
I am trying to now reach out to you to possibly find a solution for the delayed unban and the problems that occurred because of that. (Reminder) I have been banned for something risible (5 Items) and through that lost that much (not saying that if "you only take a few items it is not against the rules or won't be sanctioned").
I am hoping to possibly and finally get in contact with you so this can be set behind and left in the past.
