uc an clearly see in pov that we give demands to leave all the fib bcz thats our demand that no one will be there except the lspd
and u can see we give demand in first pov they have 2 min to leave and and 2-3 min we were cheacking and we show some fib near by so we killed hostage as they didnet comply with the demands so its a rule brake from FIB side not complying in hostage situation
