Sorry Raymond but i dont really see how this could have been approved because technically that was a IC issue and the fact that he was released 5m prior to me leaving the cell and going to get the other guy that was outside because it was 2 suspects we were appending and that i had put in cuffs. This is pretty wild because technically if i say to someone ill kill you in a green zone and i dont commit the murder in the GZ are you gonna punish me for saying it even tho i didint do it. becasue this is the exact same.. all i said was i didnt care what he wanted. does that make it ok to give me a warn even tho he was not processed and let free with in the 25m mark that im allowed when processing a 10-15? he was released because we didnt have the bodycam to continue the arrest. which is not corruption if im right. i can see how it would have been approved if i had processed him and all without giving him the right to a lawyer but the fact that he wasnt is what kinda makes it weird. Bobby Can you please review this and see what you think. if im wrong im sorry for waiting your time but i truly feel like i dont deserved this warn because he was never processed.
