Dear Mazhor,

i hereby officially file a complaint agains Khabib Tijara (Senior Crime), who executed an Orga-Warn due to collective misconduct.

In a situation on 12/12 at 18:25, a Vagos member with ID: 38668 was unlawfully arrested whereupon the entire organization may commit "prisoner release".

In the forum complaint Approved - Massenbeschwerde RDM | ID 75503, 87242, 81359, 22738, ... the following player were sanctioned incorrectly or not correctly.

In the already evaluated admin complaint from the Deputy Chief Administrator, carramming and collective misconduct is also invoked, which did not occur in any way.

The word collective has a great meaning, which means that the entire organization at that time started a collective mistake, which is not true and evident due to the executed sanctions. In the evidence submitted, it is also heard that members of Vagos are against decisions in the situation that were executed.

A criminal organization does not need to be carried around and commanded by a state organization, so the appropriate tone can become a different one.

By and large, this is not a collective offense of an organization but punishment of each individual.

I ask for a new evaluation of the complaint by you.





Another wrong decision was made to the disfavor of all others because of his supposed second presence in the Grove organization

After consulting with you at the time, a Turfseason is reset when the organization with the most territories closes.
This was equalized after multiple consultations with Khabib, as he is the sole decision maker in this situation and thus supposedly opposes other organizations.

At this point, the organizations had the following number of territories:

The Families: 20
The Ballas: 6
Blood Street: 20
Los Santos Vagos: 4
Marabunta Grande: 1

During this period, the following organizations were closed and the Turfseason was frozen:

Furthermore, Khabib contacted me yesterday due to an old Vagos member who participated in the Turf before taking over the leader post for an old Vagos leader and was banned from the project for cheating.

Here it says that we now have to cede our territories to the Grove organization because of cheating, although this one is/was not part of the organization at all.

For me this is a lot of coincidences at the same time and I ask for complete evaluation of an outsider like you

Hello,

in the following answer I will talk about the situations you described.

Situation 1 (Warn for organisation):
After reviewing the situation we see typical behaviour of crime against state.
It's sad that both sides are starting the situation with the try to make the most trouble for the opposite.
If both sides would've started with normal RP and realistic behaviour whole situation would've gone differently.
Cause of the fact, that you do not want to hear my opinion about it with the appeal for curator I'll simply bring up facts about situation you described.

In the clip / complain you showed there is your organisation near a person who got cuffed (Ready to get into the prison).

84474 (Vagos) doing Car-Ramming at 0:07 and a low type of VDM at 0:17
27738 (Vagos) doing Car-Ramming at 0:28
54352 (Vagosd) doing Car-Ramming at 0:34
75503 is performing a type of Fail-RP because you would NEVER shoot inside a car next to a mass of police officers when there are so less gang members. (With correct context and not simply standing in front of the car and simply shooting it might be ok to help the gang member here). at 0:47
38668 simply trashtalking dead people without any need at 1:10. (Talking rough like before in 0:38 is nothing you get punished for as a gang member).

In clip we see a lot of gang members being included in breaking the rules and as leader you have to take the consequences.

I won't talk about my opinion here, the decision will be on Mazhor but as a simple rule you will get a warning if 3-5 or more gang members are included in breaking the rules in one (RP) situation.

Most of the time I see situations like this just getting out of control cause both sides won't play things out properly with RP.

Situation 2 (No reset of turf):
In the past weeks gangs got closed over and over again and we had trouble with finding new leaders, to make sure people can still play on turf we only freezed the areas of gangs which were not open(While applications were open). At the moment after every gang got filled again we could talk and vote about resetting turf but before it would've done no sense at all. After Luis got Vagos a lot of gangs closed and leaders got into Vagos. Overall a special situation for all of us and you guys knew we can only talk about reset in future if every gang has a leader.

Situation 3 (Cheaters of turf):
Yesterday we checked logs of people turfing in the past because somebody of bloods got banned. While we checked the logs (discord etc. as good as we could) of past turfing we found some accounts that got banned due to cheating participating in turf. We immediately checked which areas need to be given away to other gangs and found out about some areas of vagos. We know it is frustrating but we found them late because of the change of senior crime / the changes in crime scene of leaders. We are sorry that your experience suffered under that point and I can relate to this point. We will avoid it in future.

Summary of all situations
Overall every point here could be cleared up pretty simple by making me get into crime meeting and talking about the situation.
I'm pretty sure you just misunderstood the decisions of Khabib. You guys even worked together in past and everything he is doing is teached by you guys. We can settle down these discussion with talking calm and voting about some stuff you guys talked about.
Decisions about no reset is correct in fact that gangs were closed over and over.
