First of all I'm unable to see in the general rules where cuffing someone with a gun in your hands is PG.
Also I understand that it was not allowed but also I'm asking to cut me some slack:
1. There is no rule about it in the GrandRp forum that cuffing someone with gun in your hand is power gaming.
2.I'm the lowest rank for SHAP that can leave the HQ(trooper) so I think it is unrealistic that I don't even get a warning instantly sending me to DOC for 120 min.

there is rule about Unrealistic behavior - if u don't know what this mean u can IC find response on this or google

Admin took perfectly correct decision in my opinion
+ warn for violation of complains section as u posted it in wrong section (this is EN 1)
