Dear Admins, I woke up today to find out that I have been banned for General Rule 4.1 No recoil due to the thread I posted

I would like to clarify that I never used to use redux before I always stayed with the original layout of the game, I barely took part in events or did any sort of PVP. I admit I have been a terrible shooter (you can verify this with my event logs I dont really get kills) and If i manage to get atleast one kill during an event it makes me happy, so since the time I created a family I decided to squeeze as much FPS as possible from my laptop to get better at shooting. After doing some research found out that BlackSky Redux was Legal to use. I downloaded it and have used it and have seen multiple people use the same redux and have never had any issues.

I dont want to take much of your time but I really want you to understand that I never intend to break any server rule or do something which makes me look bad, I have always tried and been respectful to the rules in the server and the people that I am with. I really have put a lot of Time and Effort in coming to the point where I am at today, I was able to make so many good friends and play with my loved ones and gain so much experience in this city and it only breaks my heart to see that I am banned. I dont and never intended to gain any benefit of any sort while playing, If I have used something which has made me look like I was exploiting then it was never my intention and you are free to check my pc to see as I have not deleted anything yet. I enjoy GrandRp a lot which is why I spent a lot of Hours in this game and have encouraged people to play it with me. Once again if this was something that I did wrong then please understand I only used something that I have seen or believe that other admins have approved of and dint intend to break the rules. I would be more than grateful if you gave me a chance to redeem myself and continue playing.

from an experience where i faaced id 158663 1v1 in an informal he was extremely easy to defeat and seems to me like he isnt lying hes an ass shooter not telling you how to do your job and i mean no disrespect but surley he should of had a PC check before a ban why in the position of a family owner and leader would he cheat with so much to loose he has enough money to pay shooters anyways

Since day one that I joined the server I've been by his side and I've seen him working hard for the things he has achieved til this day. Not only to mention that he is 65 years in the city and still has a clean record as you can check. He follows rules and also makes sure everyone in our family knows city, game and family rules so no one gets in trouble. I really hope you give him a chance so he can continue leading our family and teaching newcomers how to play this game the right way.

Five is one of the best leaders I ever had in this server, he is on top of the family so we don't make mistakes, and we know he always goes by the rules and doesn't break them. I know how much he loves this game to mess things up . Please I hope you give him a chance because he really deserves it.

Also i suspected about your 2nd account's money. As i can see on your mask you were online on hallowen event with this account. If it is your 2nd account i think you didn't buy something for this account. Did you transfer your money to your main account???

It was Halloween event, and if you don't remember you had to collect candies to buy stuff lol but go ahead, let the admins check if they want. In the other hand, we are people that actually grind hard to get what we want, we don't go robbing people and bulling small families like you guys always do to us. Honestly, I'm not sure why all the hate towards our family that is barely new in the city, but if you feel we are a threaten to you and your family then I understand why all the hate and concern to get my Fiance out of this game. My suggestion for you as a High Command to High Command, stay out of other people business and take care of your family instead.
