Life Story:
Vinny Fetucci grew up in the rougher London, Peckham and Wood Green - Growing up, a young Vinny saw a lot of crime, hate and pain but within those, he saw power and money. Vinny fell in with a bad crowd, which led to his bad blood with his mother.
His mother, Deborah, a 49 year old woman did EVERYTHING she could for Vinny, but could not stop him from slipping into a pit of drug abuse. Vinny was only 14 when his drug abuse began. Marijuana and cocaine every day; an expensive habit. Vinny's mother hated his behaviour. She was terrified. The police constantly kicking off the front door. Vinny's mother came to her wit's end, she snapped. Deborah rushed into Vinny's room, packed his things and threw them from the window. She grabbed one of Vinny's blades and pointed it at him. Vinny, being the chameleon he is, persuaded his mother that he would comply. He slowly raised out of his bed, got dressed and headed for the door. As soon as he reached the frame of the door, he stops and turns to his mother -
"I'm sorry Mum..", before striking her wrist against the wall, causing her to drop the knife. He grabbed her and slammed her into the wall, knocking her unconscious and eventually terminating her life. Panicked, he ran out of the door, grabbed his belongings from the street below and scattered away into the night.
Knowing his life would surely be over once apprehended, he ran and ran - Escaping into the darkness as he did. Sirens all around.
No family, no friends, no money.
It was all for nothing - Deborah was dead.
Vinny still had SOME connections though, and with this he forged his documents, moved to America and hid in a smaller city - Los Santos.
Vinny found a way, he rid of his addiction, started a job as a farmer, and settled down. He built a house, bought a car and sought for more...
Career Story:
Vinny found SAHP, who would be searching for a criminal INSIDE of a police department? He used his charm to evade a background check, worming his way into a Probie position.. This came with limited power, limited money and limited potential and Vinny's need for more, made him aim for the stars.. After hearing of a position in Internal Affairs opening, the new officer started to look for avenues to climb the ranks.. Vinny used his charm once again with one of the higher commands, a Kaii Fox, to enable him into a lower rank of Internal Affairs, from there he worked until Sector Supervisor, Lieutenant and shortly after, Captain of the division.
Vinny loved this, the opportunity it had, the ranks he had skipped, the friends he made, all that he lacked - True Family.
Outcomes:
1- Due to Vinny's itch for more in life, he can DEMAND suspects "donate" up to $100k in exchange for a lower sentence/fine and/or release.
2- Due to Vinny's past with drugs, he can DEMAND suspects drop their drugs on the ground, if found with them and consume any drugs he finds.
3- Due to Vinny's experience with a lack of money and the comfortability that crime can find you, Vinny can "ROB" criminals and if they attempt to evade, can kill them.
4- Due to Vinny's lack of family, and loss of his mother, Vinny could run an unofficial family to fit both his need for family and need for crime.
5- Due to the money that crime can allow for, Vinny can participate in ANY forms of crime.
6- Due to Vinny's fear for his life and/or job, he could imprison, murder or humiliate and torture any state employees who try to stop him.
7- Due to Vinny's fear for his life and/or job, he can destroy ANY bodycam evidence using /try command twice.
8- Due to his need for monetary stability, Vinny can steal any weapon and ammo from dead criminals and trade them unless in a gun-fight.
9- Due to Vinny's chameleon like behaviour, he can use the police radio whilst off-duty and pretend he is on duty to benefit him and hide from the law.
