Life Story:
Ray spent some of his life in Mexico, it's where he was born and where he lived for 9 years. Rays family wasn't to rich so he was often living in the ghetto. Every night around 11pm his father would go out, Ray was confused why his father always left him and his mother alone. Rays mom told him that its going to be alright and that "Dad's just on a trip for work" Ray didn't know better and believed his mother. The next night the father left again. That's when Ray started hearing tons of Shots in the distance Ray quickly ran to his window and saw his father trying to run to the house. Ray didn't hear any loud banging anymore so he looked out his window to make sure he didn't see anyone. Ray ran outside of the house and saw a body on the floor, it was his father. Ray was so mad that he couldn't do anything to help his father, Ray tried his best to help him up but with no luck, from what Ray can remember all he saw outside of his window was men in red clothes all scattered around, Ray blamed them for his fathers death and held a resentment towards all criminals.
5 years later Ray is now 14 years old and lives in America with his mom. Ray attends school and graduates high school, but since he knows his mother can't afford his collage he decides to stay home with her.
Career Story:
Ray is now 22 years old and is in need of a job. One day a cop pulls Ray over for speeding, Ray finds this as a great opportunity to help out his community so when the officer is done talking to Ray about the fine he will be issued Ray asks the officer how he became one, the officer tells Ray to stop by Paleto Bay and he will interview him that same day Ray drives over to the SAHP to be interviewed. Ray easily passes his interview. Once Ray joined SAHP he began his training, as Ray was being trained he found it hard to understand and didn't really think the trainer knew what he was doing. He then asks his fellow superior officer how exactly arresting someone goes. That officer was Ivan Young, Ray finally gets promoted due to his outstanding performance in the field. Later Ray finds out that the new Sheriff would be Rocky Waters. The undersheriff mike had heard about Rays hard work and asks Ray what he would like to do inside of the Police force Ray had a vision for the HRT department and wanted to become the best trainer out there that everyone would want to go to. Mike understood and decided to promote ray to a senior trooper so he could get in the department. Once Ray was in he worked magic and trained tons and tons of people. but he found out his buddy Ivan Young was corrupt, and was stealing from them, Ray is reminded of his past with his father and now holds resentment towards Ivan and he himself processes him for corruption. Ray is finally respected throughout the organization, and as Rocky becomes the new official sheriff of SAHP the Cheif of HR and FTO stands down Ray is left with no choice but to merge both HR and FTO, becoming the Cheif of HRT.
Ray is still upset about Ivan and still holds resentment to any criminal, Ray chose a path of corruption so he can use criminals to his advantage to find the top leaders of every gang and take them down.
Outcomes:
1- because Ray wants to take down all the leaders of every gang Ray can demand suspects to pay (up to 100k) and tell him information about the gang for their release.
2- because Ray has a hatred towards any criminals Ray can increase and decrease prison time and charges (up to 100k)
3- because Ray wants to find out how the criminal system works Ray can participate in any criminal activity
4- because Ray is an asset to SAHP if he ever gets caught Ray can prevent himself or others from incrimination by killing them (with RP reason)
5- and just incase officers were recording Ray. Ray can find and destroy (hidden) bodycams by using the /try command twice.
6- because Ray wants to blend in with criminals around him Ray can break any state law (CCOP, firearm law, Penal Code, procedure for detention and arrest act etc.) , whether on- or off-duty.
7- because Ray hates corrupt cops like Ivan Ray can detain (up to 25 min), torture, interrogate, and/or kill any state employee (incl. lawyers) (with valid RP reason)
8- because Ray Need money to help his mother Ray can steal weapons and ammunition from dead criminals and trade items on the black market (no org weapons)
