2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
• I want to the leader of FIB because i have served 2 terms in it i have closedly observed how the thing work here all the staff and player helped in making the term successful i was the DHOD of HR and have observed the need of new trainee agent so I think I can solve their problems fulfill their needs so want to lead this term.
• I know there were some problems this particular terms and have helped the trainee with it so i know which mistake should not be repeated and what to do in such situations so this kind of problem didn't arise again i can promise you this much from my side .
• I have served in SAHP as trooper then i have also served my place as USSS an in FIB i have first worked as a special agent and then i was the captain of special operations for my work and have lead the spec ops also then i was and HR specialist then i got promoted to Supervisor and after all the efforts i was the Deputy head of department of HR so i have a experience in lot of LEO organizations and have observed their work so i think if I'm given the chance to manage FIB i could Ace it also with my Hardwork.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
•I will recruit the experienced People in HR And IA because it is the bone of FIB ,if agents aren't trained properly how will the work for the organisation i will keep a sharp eye on them .
• I will host training event in every 3 days so a majority of trainee could be trained.
• I will hold meating with the staffs so i can understand their problems and can assure them the solution of it.
• I will Do promotion events so that the right agent gets the right place .
• I wil have a feedback session with trainee's
So that they can tell me the issue they are facing so i can solve it.
If I'm given the chance to manage FIB i will prove my self .
