(2) Why do I want to be "Leader of FIB"
For me, FIB is strongest organization in the City. It have capacity and will power to handle every situation. Here I will not complain about any leader, cause they hold more experience than me and present term leader is my role model. In starting, I make many mistakes because of my attitude and all, but now I am able to grow my power of Acceptance. I know my responsibilities and always try hard to fulfill the roleplay demands.
Here I am mentioning all the reasons for why I want to see myself as FIB leader:
(2.1) Starting from the beginning, I start my career as Gang member. Then I learn RP, and this changed my thinking of life. I then start fresh by joining EMS, serving all the best I can. I was being promoted as Employment Assistant, I left. I was afraid of handling top position. I joined SAHP and served for 1 term, learn a lot of new things. And after SAHP disband, now I am growing-nourishing my roots by working as FIB Junior Agent for giving fruits in future. This whole experience of my life is my key to lead this organization
(2.2) I joined FIB to become spy, and always maintains law. Working hard and hard to achieve my goals.
(2.3) I have my team of well educated and diversified personalities ready to assist me in future. And together we will make this organization to achieve most respectful and powerful position in city.
(2.4) After working in different organization, I know their strengths and weakness. And we all are sure, together we can do this.
My advice for improving roleplay level of organization
(1) I have seen many citizen, who applied for FIB. Fill wrong information and some doesn't even meet the minimum requirements. This will be checked first, then trainees will get their first promotion.
(2) We will put all efforts to stop every criminal activity. Make special agents who will take responsibility.
(3) Once a spy, is always a spy. I will create my team, and all will have permission to be on duty in civil dress also. But not attend any event without uniform.
(4) Train everyone to handle different situation, will make different agents do different works. Like team for short combat fighter, snipers, etc.
(5) Board meeting after every event, and all staff meeting twice a week.
(6) Current high post officers will get the same respect and but departments will be divided, cause I have some plans to execute.
(7) No one will be allowed to sleep in uniform; and stand at HQ for more than 15mins without any valid reason or being ordered by any High Command to stay.
(8) All have to be loaded every time while being on duty, carrying following items in their inventory:
(8.1) Pills for each disease.
(8.2) 2 Med kits all the time.
(8.3) At least 1 vehicle repair kit and 1 gas can.
(8.4) Some food for quick health regeneration for events.
(9) Anyone in the city who will not come on orders for special operation will be punished and have to provide off duty bodycam of that time.
(10) FIB will not lead any event like store robberies and hostage situation, but will be on stand for taking every single criminal down and being cuffed.
(11) Many lawyers want personal space with their clients, but if any FIB agent arrest someone. Lawyers had to make all the conversation in front of arresting officer or the criminal had to be in cuff, cause I have seen many criminals call their personal lawyer and tries to escape by abusing game bugs.
(12) Ghetto patrol twice a day and on request of other organization also.
(13) Black market raid everyday.
(14) Air marshals on patrol
(15) Some changes in logs, like if everyone had to mention names of agents with them on regular work. No need to mention for events.
(16) Special bonus to on duty agents after successful defending for each event.
(17) Everyone is allowed to take 1 pistol with them off duty for their defense. 1 Pistol per day, if anyone take more will have to pay fines.
(18) No one is allowed to talk with names, everyone had to add some special suffix for their code name.
