2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1 -> First of all i wanted to show you my leo experience, i just came in the city and one my friends told me about sahp i joined i thought it was nice and fun so i ranked my self up to lieutenant and so the term ended so i joined gov as deputy warden so i was hc, i got bored of the goverment so i ask the governer to tranfer me to lspd as a lspd hc and i very enjoyed it, but then the leader of fib in EN | 3 told me that i can be the hod spec ops and i was also hod of hr, i realy enjoyed fib so i stayed at fib tor 3 term and so i got ranked to deputy leader of fib 2 times.
2 -> as being the deputy of fib i think all agents on duty need attend store robbery`s while using event logs so fib is active as possible so we dont get any verbals from curators, i think all my agents need to petrol at all times even if it is not necessary so we can make the city and the high way more safer so we avoid hostage situasions i dont want that my agent standing at the garage or keep messing around if this will happen i will consider giving out strikes or if it is serious i will dismiss him, if i get leader i need to be doing very often black market raids and do ghetto patrols 3/3 and i will make a task to all my agents a task each rank is a different task to do so you can keep his rank or get promoted, my hr team will do a lot of open recruitment for fib so we can get as many agents at events, and my hr team will often promote my agents, i will do daily bonuses to all my agents on duty.
3 -> being hc in many org i think that many leaders cant sustain a good leadership so i want to change that, all lot of leader make mistakes so i learned from them to not do it or to acually improve it, i dont accept favoritism i will not give my friends a cos spot out of no where they need to earn the spot and if a hod of some think promotes all of his friends he will get dismiss from org and they will go back at there same rank i really just hate this when this happens. i will change the ranks some its more special and better.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
1 -> HR is my priority so all my agents how to patrol and how to go on duty i dont want my agents dont know any think and dont know the radio codes
2 -> i want that my agenys to do more rp commands like /me connects to the pda to the closes cell tower so we can involve more rp in the city
3 - > i want all my respect all the state rules and the federal law i dont want any rule breakers in this org so we dont get verbals and warnings and i dont accept curruption with out bio.
