• I want to the leader of NG because i have served 4 terms in it i have closedly observed how the things work .I want the new unites to have a new idiea new things to find in NG to make them curise to know what is in NG to make NG the best ORG of the city..successful 1
• I know there were some problems this particular terms because i have bean in for 4 terms and i want the problems to be removed from the org for good i want it to became the 1 org which is free form problems who have agents who can do stuff in a perfect manner ...
• I have served in NG as a major i was selected for colonel before it got disbanded ..i was a senior black ops agent in FIB.....i was a parking enfocer in sahp ..I was a captin in lspd .. i have a experience in lot of LEO organizations and have observed their work so i think if I'm given the chance to manage NG i could Ace it also with my Hardwork.and make it the greatest org ever
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
•I will recruit the experienced People in HR And IA because it is the bone of NG ,if agents aren't trained properly how will the work for the organisation i will keep a sharp eye on them .
• I will host training event in every 3 days so a majority of trainee could be trained.
• I will hold meating with the staffs so i can understand their problems and can assure them the solution of it.
• I will Do promotion events so that the right agent gets the right place .
• I wil have a feedback session with trainee's
So that they can tell me the issue they are facing so i can solve it.
If I'm given the chance to manage NG i will prove my self .
