2) Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1. I have been in the grandrp project for almost a year, I have been LSPD Leader in en1 and have been in FIB for almost 5 terms in En1. I think I will be the perfect fit for the position of Leader as I am very focused and Hardworking which is really important for a Leader position. At the moment I am Head of Detectives in LSPD and is incharge of a whole department which shows my management skills.
2. In a organisation like FIB the Leader needs to handle many responsiblities like doing Gang Raids and having as many units on duty. If I am given chance as a Leader there will be activity by all units in organisation as we will have a strong HR department ehich we check activity. Unlike other Leaders I will make the organisation fun with different activities which will improve morale.
3. In my last point I would like to say that I have handled 2 organisation in en1 as Vagos Leader and LSPD leader which makes me the perfect fit as I have experience. If I am chosen as the Leader I will make sure to be active and make everyone happy by working hard. My deputies and me will have certain responsibilies that we will make sure to fullfil.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
1. In mey organisation there will be strict rules and chain of command which will make the organisation run smoother and better.
2. We will do regular bust and investigation on differnet criminals and make Undercover unit more active.
3. We will make different tasks for all agents which will gt them more bonus. This will raise morale and agents will come on duty more.
4. We will push public release and have regualr interview with Life Invader so citizens know our missions.
5) We will form taskforce with all organisation to make low crime rate with more active units.
6) We will have a strong HR team to assist me with recruitment, in 6 days we will have 20 units on duty everytime.
