2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
Ans) So i have want to fib leader because i have to been most of the every org in other city there i having lack of experience that i can able to use in the department. If i become a leader. When i joined city 3 o have been LSPD i was commander of FTD. Then i joined fib i have seen too much i was from past two term i have seen too much and i have soo much experience in 2 term.
  1. I will be against nepotism and favouritism because in our last term there was so many nepotism things and favouritism is there because of that our great agent can't get there good rank. They have so many problems and etc. For this thing i having a proper solution that make the fib very good enough. That we are having ia department those who are selecting members and on Friday they are going to post. There promotion list so far that. Only human Resources hc and cheif of staff only can promote those people because other guys if they having the power so they misusing there power and only promote that guy's those who are in there fam.
  2. There are other departments are to inside our fib like example: Spec ops, UNDERCOVER, HUMAN RECOURSE, INTERNAL AFFAIRS & DEA . So for these departments we have to choose the right hod & dhod. They don't break rules.
  3. Human Resources: This is the one of the main department. Where we train our agent to get know how fib works what is fiB. I have some great idea for this department. Like after completing the training we will providing video from them so they can easily get to know that how the things works like example if you completed your phase-1 we will provide you a youtube video in your logs so you can just go through the things. Internal affairs: In this department the agents checking there logs that agents giving there good time or not. As mentioned one thing in human Resources department that they will be providing video those who completed there training so providing video work is for ia department they will be checking there logs and seeing it if they completed there any of the training just provide there video on time. There will be body check and license check too 2 times in a week. DEA: This department have to find drugs the dea agent have to brust the cannibS.. Undercover: In this we have to we have to collect the evidence against gang and families so if we have 5/5 evidence so we can go on raid. We have to bust people those who have wanted Star more than 3. Spec ops: Here we have to bust highly wanted criminals we have to attend special events. Consisting cannibs. If you're doing good you will be promoted to 00 agent.

level in the organization.
Ans) Like we are having meeting with hc of the department we will be asking for there department that all the things going good or not like how to improve that department and many more stuff
We will conducting a Ghetto once in a week.
We will conduct our fib meeting there we will be asking that is all the things going good or not if not why? Whether your hc respecting you or not. And many more.

We having promotion ceremony on Sundays were ia giving us promotion list on Saturday and then we will give them promotion on Sunday. Like for one hour we are going out enjoying our free life on Sundays we are hosting some global event so the Agent goings to like fib.
