I would like Mazhor to review this complaint please.
On my original complaint, I was not given a reason for the name being not allowed, other than "This is not EN2 or EN1, the Last name is not accepted on En3." - I didn't realise that there was different rules on different EN servers, however still no reason was given.
I have done some research, and as I already knew, my last name is real, as proven here on ancestry.com (Kiddick Name Meaning & Kiddick Family History at Ancestry.co.uk®). I am from Lancashire, England, UK in real life, which is more information than I wanted to share with anybody online, but you have forced me into revealing this information. If needed, I can prove with my IRL ID, to Mazhor.
I have also noticed that Pluxury is not a real name, I am not bothered about this, but it makes no sense that I am being punished for having a real name, and told it is not RP, when a non-real name is allowed? (Pluxury Name Meaning & Pluxury Family History at Ancestry.co.uk®). Please note that this website is global, and it is just a coincidence that the name originated from the same place that I do, I did not know this until I did my research, I just knew that it was a real name.
I am being polite and professional throughout all of my complaints and interactions, I am not trolling anybody as alot of complaints do, so I would request that my complaint is handled in the same professional manner.
