Upon reviewing the evidence I have decided;
-id 87356 will receive a punishment for RDM
-They started shooting without RP demands and continued shooting when the victim was in a GZ
-id 79544 will not receive a punishment
-While it could be argued they ran into a GZ after the shooting started it appeared this was because they fell off the vehicle, and wasn't a deliberate attempt to run.​
