I didn't understand why I was banned.I turned down the game volume on the computer because there was a lot of music and other players shouting in the gym, and while watching a movie on the side screen, I was pressing E and trying to work out.Then I was banned in a meaningless way.I invested money here, I bought a battlepass, I spent hours every day, I spent hours every day in the game to raise the battlepass in the game, the ban I ate to raise the battlepass is unfair.Could you please deal with this issue?
