Creed Was born in 1997 in South London, He Lived in a poor economy by the time he reached age 9 he knew what he wanted to be, he had decided he would like to be a corrupt FIB agent that can make lots of money taking bribes and selling illegal weapons, when he was 10 He joined the LSPD as he knew this would kick start his career into becoming FIB, he knew with this experience on his belt he could easily get into FIB, at age 11 he moved to Los Santos in search to follow his dreams and aspirations.

Creed Started off By joining LSPD at age 10 he stayed there for a few years until he was confident in his abilities throughout the Legal system, he memorized Penal codes, Rules, and general information. At Age 11 he knew he was ready as his name was getting spread all around the legal organizations and the criminal ones too, he went to do his interview and immediately got accepted starting off as a senior black ops agent, creed stayed as this rank for a while doing very good work and trying to become the most trusted FIB employee there was to raise no suspicion, After a long battle with cancer one of creeds friends within the FIB had to retire giving him the chance to be promoted, The leader of the Special Operations Division Had been promoted and Creed Was promoted to the HOD of Special Operations as his work was outstanding .
This is when creed knew he was ready and trusted enough to take bribes
Outcomes:
1- Creed Can take bribes From criminals or other corrupt Agents
2- Creed Can go into Ghetto when off duty to hang about and do illegal activites
3- Creed Can pick up illegal items and sell them to other criminals/citizens
4- Creed Can Release prisoners / Reduce their time / help them get out of trouble
5- Creed Will be able to do criminal activities when undercover to gain evidence to build a case file
6- Creed Will be able to use WH for undercover purposes ( Fib Reasons )
7- Creed Has the ability to say/do That his bodycam is corrupted/ broken
8- Creed Can leak Fib Information to Criminals in Ex-change for money
9- Creed Can Be taken hostage/robbed by gangs for money
