Life Story:
Ibti Loco was born in Pakistan city Karachi. Ibti was orphan living in a not a very good orphanage which soon got destroyed by powerful person as he wanted to build a mall there with no home or money ibti only knew there were two things important in life money and family. ibti started robbing people for money where he met his bestfriend who introduced him in the life of crime. Ibti after doing odd jobs was taken in organized crime family ibti liked that family because everyone there was treated equally and head of family was like a father figure. They only demanded loyalty and thats where ibti learned to be loyal to people. But police started taking serious action against the crimes to keep them in check the father decided ibti should join the police so he can keep the family updated on how things are going. Ibti started working for police normally but he saw that people are ready to give him money to let them go and ibti started accepting bribes which increased his love for money. But soon army entered the city with sole purpose of cleaning the streets and family head decided to turn his self in to police so his children (family members) dont go to jail while doing so he left a big mark on ibti life and that is to remain loyal to family and friends
Then ibti decided to move to Los Santos to purse a new life.
Career Story:
Ibti Loco originally started working as SAHP officer under Larry Mcgavin. Where he started working honestly and slowly ranked up. He soon started working under his new leader Rocky Waters as SAHP changed sheriff Everything was going good for ibti other than money. Money was bit tight but ibti was making the ends meet while also doing some part time jobs. But soon ibti got taken by GOV people on a case that he didnt knew about and was not allowed to have a lawyer and was detained for a long time. Ibti was also dismiss from the org for this but they tried there best to give him a fair trial. This leave mark on ibti life because he was put in cuffs in front of all his colleagues and was dismiss from the organization but after charges got drop and everything ibti was taken back in SAHP with love and respect that he had before which increased his loyalty towards SAHP. Soon ibti got promoted to Captain of SWAT was soon made Deputy Chief of SWAT for his hard work. But money still being tight and low wages ibti started thinking about the time when he used to accept bribes and live his life. Due to low pay checks and no bonuses for his honest work ibti have decided to take matters in his own hands. Ibti has chosen path of Corruption. A path that isn't going to only benefit himself, but a path that will help others like him.
Outcomes:
1- Due to ibti opinion of being underpaid and his love for money, and his need for security, ibti can take bribes (up to 100k)
2- Due to ibti poor life took turn as he become criminal, ibti can lower, raise (up to 100k) and/or remove fines and prison time as he feels fit.
3- Due to ibti being detain in the past for a long time and was wrongfully accused ibti thinks that system have failed him so ibti can detain (up to 25 min), torture, interrogate, and/or kill any state employee (incl. lawyers)
4- Due to the financially appealing aspect of criminal activity and how ibti could use this money for himself , ibti can participate in any criminal activity
5- Due to ibti's cleverness ibti can find and destroy (hidden) bodycams by using the /try command twice.
6- Due to ibti's need to go to extreme lengths to protect himself from being caught ibti can prevent himself or others from incrimination by killing them (with RP reason)
7- Due to ibit's opinion that officers of the law are highly underpaid, the need for financial security ibti can steal weapons and ammunition from dead criminals and trade items on the black market (no org weapons)
8- Ibti has stolen a SAHP police radio. ibti can listen in and use the radio while off-duty
9- Due to ibti being detain by Government without a reason ibti think Government is corrupt ibti does only what he thinks is morally right or wrong, ibti can break any state law (CCOP, firearm law, Penal Code, procedure for detention and arrest act etc.) , whether on- or off-duty.
