1. Why do you want to become an admin?
This question is most probably one of the most important ones, A lot may say individually they want to become an admin to help people, teach them the rules, have the responsibility of keeping this server in balance. I think it is all important. I would like to become an admin to be part of that change and being the solution rather than the cause, To help players understand and adopt the roleplay mindset, whilst making sure that the toxicity stays well away as this ruins our interactions and fun we have on this server.
I have actively developed on servers, ran and administrated many other roleplay games ranging from DarkRP (Back in the days) on garry's mod, Arma 3 life and FiveM hopefully making my experience a strength in this application.
2. What are your strengths?
I would say I am an honest person this is my greatest strength which also can easily cater into me always wanting to help people. I work with customers in my real life job I know how to speak with them and deal with their situations, This includes angry behaviour, Dealing with customer complaints day in and day out you sort of get a super power of de-escalating situations which is ideal for this sort of position.
3. What are your greatest weaknesses?
I get asked this a lot and I also bring this into my interview process in LSPD. Most people would answer none because they feel that telling someone their weakness would mean certain rejection of their application where I actually see discussing your weaknesses as a massive strength and I am always open about this. My biggest weakness is that I seek approval on actions that I take. I basically want to make sure I am doing a good job and like to hear that from others.
4. Will you be ready to leave RP life to become an admin?
I would be indeed. Whenever I am needed I will happily leave RP.
5. Will you be ready to sell your business? (It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin)
If I was to have a business then I would.
6. Any IRL issue or Situation that is Preventing you From being Active at the moment?
No issues currently, But will make you aware if any arise.
