I haven't been able to login nor has the rest of the family. we lost the business as when it was unfrozen we had 2 hours to get a 4 hour crop in ? this is not fair is there anything you can do to resolve this, as taking a loss due to your server being down is bang out of order.

Plantation was not collected for more than 24 hours , in your logs u can see HOW MANY days ago it was not grow and collected anything
Announcement about froze of business was made on 8 , and today is 10
