1: I Have bean in this ORG for a long time and i like it... but for when i see it closely i have seen a bigest miskates in LSPD i want them to
be remove for good i mant the lspd becames the best ORG ever in my term i want the people to feel safe in city..
2: I know HR and IA are the back bone of the LSPD and i will keep a close look on the and i will help the new onec who join the force for the first time
..i will make them feel as home the have to know that if any LSPD mamber is rude to them .. who can help THEM..
3: I will make tranning and complasery part of LSPD if they want a promotion they have to do many arrests many fines many 5 star arrest ....

1 will make a tranning team like in IRL who will take a look at the new once
2 we will have a promotion day in which we will see there records and the aim and the body language in which thay talk to others
3 if they want to arrest some 1 they have to give them a massage to stop 3 time if they dont stop engine block them
and put a barracit behind his car and the person who is conducting the person investigating will go to him and says ..DO you know why i stoped
you if he momble around and tryes to disrespect him and not complaying with him he will arrest him
