Fedrico Valverdee was born on August 3 2004, in Saudi Arabia Al-Ahsaa. Federico was born in a low-class family.
His father was a corrupted cop took bribes drinks on duty always beats up Fedrico and his mother was even worse she never took care of Fedrico he had to learn everything by himself and he got used to it over the past 18 years.
Fedrico met a gang member Fedrico started going out with the gang member the gang member invited Fedrico to a gun store to teach him how to use guns then they wanted to split out the loot they had a big argument on who should get the more percentage Fedrico raged and took out the gun and shot him after that he panicked and throwed him in the ocean. But it didn't take the FIB so long to get to the body after 911 reports about gun shots they reviewed camera's and caught Fedricos face after that Fedrico got arrested for 5 years. When Fedrico got out of prison his did didn't wanna see him again. After long thoughts Fedrico went back to the streets pickpocketed some people saved up for a flight to LOS SANTOS to start a new life.

Fedrico Valverdee started as cadet in LSPD and made his way up to LSPD leader while Max Woozy and Alpha kat were his deputies at the start.
After a while Max woozy and alpha kat got into a big fight about who should be 102 and then Alpha Kat left LSPD after that.
Fedrico was LSPD leader for 25 days until he got fired for unwanted reasons. From then Fedrico joined FIB under Director Max Woozy.
Max woozy was being selfish towards Fedrico for previous reasons as Fedrico started a FIB search (legal by gov) as 3 of Maxs finest officers were fired due to corruption. Max still couldn't forget that day so made Fedricos life in FIB harsh and thats when Fedrico decided to be corrupt.
Outcomes:
1.Fedrico can inform gangs about special operations
2. Fedrico Can lie to suspects about calling a lawyer and still process them without identifying myself with the ID and without a lawyer
3. Fedrico Can take weapons from criminals that he takes and is able to store them
