2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
Ans-
LSPD has been part of the State Orgs that are needed to protect the people of the city. I want to help make the city safer.
1. I want to become leader of LSPD because i have the necessary leadership skills required to lead a organization.I came into this community since September 2021 and started working in Leo Orgs Like NG , SAHP , FIB , LSPD and achieved high ranks . I've come to realize the people we need and the people we don't need in this org after being a wonderful asset for FTD with conducting interviews , training and reviewing applications. It gave me wonderful skills and HR work. As I mentioned above I have great skills and one of them is that I easily handle any hard or easy situations easier and also I possess leadership qualities as I believed a Leader should always be friendly to his collogues and a great leader should always stand with them no matter what situation or circumstance it is.
2. I have some skills which others might have or not like experience ic and ooc both, experience and my on duty hours and respect between my fellow officers.
I understand what the presence of a Great Chief can do to the LSPD, one who is active among his cadets, one who leads them, one who talks to them, one who tries to understand them. Even as a High Command, my presence made a great impact on the soldiers at the lower ranks and other officers around
3. In the recent terms i have not seen lspd that much active , i will be doing open recruitments weekly and i will be making sure lspd has good numbers at any time , i plan to introduce traffic enforcement department to make sure pattrolling inside city and towing is done , all departments will be having a deputy chief look upon them to see if they are doing good or not . A Seperate bonus system would be introduced to encourage and pay people for their efforts that are they are putting in , promotion ceremonies will be held weekly!
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
Ans-
1) SWAT - Special Weapons And Tactics
The Swat would be required to take lead on all special operations and hostage situations , only the people that have good shooting , driving , flying skills will be taken in swat.
2) CID - Criminal Investigation Department
The CID would be working in close with FIB , Helping them in collecting evidences and supporting them with any uc operations if they require assistance
3) IA - Internal Affairs
The internal affairs departments would be resolving conflicts inside the organization.
4) FTD - Field Training Division
The FTD Will be training all cadets and will be checking forms
5) TE - Traffic Enforcement
This division would be incharge of patrolling in city and towing.
Activity Check - Everyone would be required to spend atleast 2 hours duty everyday.
Promotions-
I would be making sure that everyone will be getting fair promotions.
My main goal is to make LSPD On Top!!
