Idk what is there a RP where killing a person who is just driving by... even though it is a gang area, i am passing by a impound to LSPD. I am heading there to a RP and i can't get killed for the reason idk. Please do something about this or if this is your rule, then it's really bad. Killing everyone whom ever we see does not have value for life. I guess there is a rule for value for life. If not please implement this.. It is so annoying to die to someone whom i have not done any RP. i am attaching the video link below.
