Upon reviewing this report i have decided to accept this report
Id 90003 and 76591 will be punish for general rule 6.15 and Event rule 1.2

When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone.

It is forbidden to kill/rob/kidnap/etc. before the event starts(10 minutes before) and 5 minutes after​
