I entered the blackmarket raid while wearing my family outfit in blackmarket and was punished by the admin. However, my family is an unoffical family and we always entered the blackmarket raids in family clothes and it was not a problem en2. So logically, you can't open a shop in the blackmarket without family unoffical. but when it's unoffical, you can open a shop and logically, I think family clothes shouldn't be a problem.
