It can be seen that I have problems (distorted sounds and cant hear) even with the POV of the people who complained about me. ( 10852 Code A - 00:35

In the POV I shared, it is clear that I experienced huge drops, stucks, sound issues, desync/lags and crashes. ( https://youtu.be/tb_ryCLhv3k )
Moreover, I returned to the game shortly after my game crashed and completed my entire jail punishment/sentence by doing RP.
But, I was banned for 7 days due to the new warning written when there was 1 hour or less than 1 hour before the warning in my account was deleted.
Could someone please recheck this topic? I don't want to be an aggrieved. I've been banned for almost 2 days, and the days isn't going well.
I think I've lost 5-6 levels in Battlepass so far. I want to return as soon as possible. Thanks in advance, regards.
( Btw, I want a Turkish Admin to be able to listen to the conversations after the game crash. Thanks. )
