My name is Dolphi Trickster and I am contacting you on this way today as the leader of the Trickster family to point out the handling of the following situation. You might already be informed of this situation, more or less:
- On December 15, the Fam-War-Finals took place. Trickster vs Arizona
- After the final, one absolutely required POV (based on the rules) of Arizona was missing and the specific player was banned for cheating
- This information was only discovered by me through a contact of Arizona, NOT via direct and transparent communication with the responsible admins
- By actively contacting and asking Vincent, I was informed that Arizona received their penalty and that nothing else can be done will be done
- Not only does the penalty of 2x disqualification for upcoming Fam-Wars disproportionate, especially while Arizona will keep all the winnings (including all cars) as well as no official communication of the rightful Fam-War-Winner, Trickster
- Also, the rightful winnings of Trickster seem not to matter at all when receiving the statement “nothing can be changed”
- The question is: Does fair play and justice matter on Grand
- If yes, then there are many ideas and possibilities to punish and reward right
- Arizona should give back all cars and items. If this is not possible via the system, then demanding the selling/dropping of them plus giving back the money is an option
- Trickster should receive the winnings we deserve, including all cars. If this is not possible via the system, then adding the monetary amount to the family bank account is an option
Mazhor, my family and I have been active parts of the Grand community for a very long time. Up to this day, we have always tried to come to the best solutions in direct communication with the admins in charge. Now, the scale of the grievance is so significant that the direct communication with you seems necessary.

- Am 15.12. ereignete sich das Fam-War-Finale zwischen den Familien Trickster und Arizona
- Nach dem Finale fehlte eine der zwingend notwendigen POVs von Arizona und dieser Spieler wurde wegen Cheating gebannt !
- Diese Information ist mir lediglich durch einen Kontakt bei der Familie Arizona bekannt geworden, nicht per direkte, transparente Kommunikation durch die zuständigen Admins !
- Auf aktive Nachfrage bei Vincent wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass Arizona ihre Strafe bekommen hat und sonst nichts weiter getan wird bzw getan werden kann
- Nicht nur erscheint die Strafe von 2x Sperre für die kommenden Fam-Wars unverhätlnismäßig, vor allem wenn Arizona zusätzlich die Gewinne (inklusive aller Fahrzeuge) behalten darf und der rechtmäßige Sieger des Fam-Wars nicht kommuniziert wird
- Auch die uns zustehenden Gewinne spielen scheinbar keine Rolle und es wird einfach gesagt "es lässt sich nicht ändern".
- Die Frage ist: Sind euch Fairness und Gerechtigkeit auf Grand wichtig?
- Dann gibt es zahlreiche Ideen und Möglichkeiten gerecht zu bestrafen und zu belohnen.
- Arizona sollte alle Fahrzeuge und Gegenstände abgeben müssen. Wenn dies per System nicht geht, dann eben via Verkauf an den Staat und Rückgabe des Geldes
- Trickster sollte die uns zustehenden Fahrzeuge erhalten. Wenn dies per System nicht geht, dann eben als Gegenwert auf das Familienkonto
Mazhor, meine Familie und ich gehören zu denen, die in Grand-Zeit bereits eine Ewigkeit hier aktiv sind. Bis heute haben wir immer versucht direkt mit den zuständigen Admins zur besten für alle zu kommen.
