you cant see guys croshair so he is not recording all overlays.

At the start of the video he can bee seen running into a alley then, he takes his clothes off, and if im correct he must be coverng 51% og his body mass with gang colors. He also broke FearRp rule by running away while i was aiming at him, he ran out of store robbery circle, ran into gz... In...

You can completely make the crosshair invisible from "m - settings - change crosshair"
