I had this forum posted on me for FearRP/Stalling

This got accepted but it shouldn't have been because the forum was posted 2 days after the incident. Therefore by rules for filing a complaint this should have been rejected.

• The complaint is not in the form of a complaint;
• Evidence is cropped or edited (must be 1 minute+(exceptions might be, when you can understand the whole situation for less than 1 min));
• Evidence uploaded to other sources;
• 2 days passed after a violation;
• The complaint contains insults, impertinence or inadequacy;
• The complaint is filed by a person who is not related to the situation. (POV must be personally made by person who is involved in situation);

I believe I should not have a warning for this as the person making the complaint was not following the rules for filing a complaint.

The post was made on the 19th when the incident happened on the 17th. I shouldn't have received a warning for this post. I would like to have the warning removed please.

Additionally in the POV, I was in the right. It would be FailRP to drop things while my hands are on my head as that is not physically possible in the real world. So how can that be FearRP when I was clearly dropping my items earlier in the POV that the poster cut out. Telling me to "drop everything" is also UB Demands and that is why I was asking him to please specify what he wanted me to drop. I had nothing left in my inventory by the end, you could even ask the guy that was actually searching me because this guy never did so cannot see what I had.

Firstly the 2 day rule is in fact there I agree, but as it states "The administrator has the right to refuse to consider the complaint if:". That does not mean I am required to refuse the complaint just I can refuse to consider it based on it being over 2 days. If you wish to be entirely pedantic the Violation time was at 19:11 on the 17/12/2022 and he reported it on 19/12/2022 at 19:10 therefore it had been 47 hours and 59 minutes.

In the POV he clearly tells you to drop "All ammunition" You start by splitting the ammunition and dropping some, when you were told to drop all your ammunition so initially stallling/not listening to entire demand. Then when asked to drop "all your ammo" you ask multiple times "what is all my ammo?". It is quite clear what he means when he's asking you to drop ALL your ammo. At no point did they say drop everything, they told you to drop "All Ammo" which your reply to them then as seen in POV was "You need to be more specific". This was clearly stalling and is not hard to understand what All your ammo means.

I stand entirely by my decision and should a Senior Administrator wish to review and overturn that decision, then that is entirely acceptable and I respect their decision.

If that is the case then why would I get warn for FearRP when I am fearing for my life? And how can you say I am splitting ammo when you cannot see the POV of the guy actually searching me and picking up all my items? This guy that sent their POV can't see anything that is happening they are just assuming. I dropped everything I had yet this guy still killed me again. Technically you could also say that this POV is from someone not involved in the situation as a very similar incident has happened with me before.
Similar incident of "The complaint is filed by a person who is not related to the situation."
