No Rule-breaks, You did not specify what rule break did the player do in the title neither in description so i'm gonna assume its about recognizing you while u left the org and changed your clothes.
Well that only applies if you completly lost the cop and went to another location and did the process, not when you are literally the first suspect in few blocks away and were still getting chased in the same place, same track...
