Hello, I am here today to appeal a ban on my account, in which i was blacklisted from grand Rp. I understand that mercy killing is not acceptable, I can admit I was wrong for it and it will not happen again. I can admit to any crime I do For I understand every wrong doing has a punishment. What i am confused about is why did i receive a perma-ban for this? I've spent a great amount of time and money in this city. If any one can please look into this for me and at least give me better understanding to why i am perma-banned. Thank you!
