Rejected Banned for Event Rule 1.7 | Syndra Pluxury

I got banned on 16.12 for not providing video evidence relating to this thread: Approved - 129004,137730 | Even rule 1.18 { shooting from not accessible roof ( family raid ) }
The problem I was having previously was, whenever I clipped my POV it would clip my desktop screen and not my game screen as I have multiple monitors.
The original post was me entering from outside of the zone and going into the zone to access the roof. This was NOT the case. Here is proof.

They don't have good English but he did reply on the thread to have the post closed. I still got banned for not providing proof of event.

I understand I did not have evidence of the event. This was because of my recording clipping POV of my desktop instead of the game. I accept my mistake and I would really appreciate it if my ban was reduced as I have spent a very long time in-game grinding and have spent a lot of money on the game too for it all to go to waste.
