2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I have leaded gang before perfectly.. Now I want to lead a legal org so I think LSPD is the best choice for me. I have worked in all legal org as High command. So I think I'm the best candidate for this position. I know How to lead and do stuff professionally. I'm mature and calm in every situation.

-I got people and families who will support me if I get the leadership. I will have like 15 - 30 people joining LSPD before unfreezing. I will try to get as much as the member I can in the org. Also LSPD is an org where we are obligated to do teteamworknd I got perfect people for that. If I get the leadership I will try my best to stop every crime in the city and help other legal orgs.

-I will have my own plans and strategies in every situation. I will try to take lead in every event like Sotre robbery, Hostage situation and etc. I will have my deputies working when Im, not in the city. Also Im gonna set up many ideas for the parking department and other LSPD departments

3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.

First of all, The state orgs should be realistic. So I will fic the rank system, Because the current rank system is not realistic at all. I will add some new department in my org working 24/7. Here is a short explanation of the all departments.

There is the Parking Enforcement department tasked at towing and placing tickets on all illegally parked vehicles making sure they do not crowd the city anymore. The department is one of the important part of LSPD and the city.

There will be a S.W.A.T department that will respond to Global first. And they will take lead in every 10-10 situations from LSPD. This department will be the group of the most sharpshooters of the LSPD. Also, the S.W.A.T department will have the right to carry Heavy firearms.

There will be an H.R Department their main work will be to hire new people and give them training., This is one of the most importantdepartmentst of LSPD.

There will be a department named AC = Air COP which will have the right to use Air transport in LSPD. They will help S.W.A.T. to Jump in Battle with the help of helis and cargo bob. They will be the best pilots of LSPD

At last I will have a detective department. Who will collect evidences for FIB and will help to raid gangs
