1> This job is perfect for me. An opportunity to prove myself. I like challenging tasks and do my best to fulfill them properly. I am used to working in crowded workplaces and being responsible. I am a calm person. I focus on my task and do the best and treat people around me equally. As long as everyone does their job right, I like to reward them. It will be my main duty to dismiss those who do not do their job and replace them with people who love their job.

After checking daily, it is necessary to decide on the third day. If it is deemed appropriate, it is my duty to give my teammate the reward he deserves. My friend, who rises 1 level every three days, has to start from the beginning if he makes a mistake. This is a serious institution, there is no room for mistakes. Everyone has to do their best work. That way, my colleagues can do their work more carefully and neatly. Our friend who made a mistake for the second time leaves us. He has the right to make mistakes only twice. If it is deliberately wrong, he is immediately expelled from the team.
