Life Growing up
Mina grew up with his father, Mother, 1 sister, and an older brother. His brother he was fairly close with. Mina and his brother were 2 minutes apart and were twins at the same birth. Mina grew up fairly middle class he never had to worry if there wasn't going to be food on the table or clothing to wear. Everything was provided for him, and he was very grateful for it. Mina and his father never really had a father son relationship as his father was a Fib agent and worked the night shifts. Mina during the time he did have with his father he was very inspired by what he did for a living.
Mina moved to Los Santos around 6 months ago. He finds Los Santos to be welcoming but fairly chaotic. He moved to Los Santos with his brother and wanted to get away from the life in Colorado. And feel the fresh California breeze. All was going well until one night. When Mina and his brother were moving into their house out in Sandy Shores when a gang member stuck them up at gun point the men were wearing all Red and had red flags. Mina was very compliant, but his brother wasn't he was cussing out the men and saying, "What the hell man". His brother never complied with the men. The gang member took his glock and put it to the back of his head and shot him twice in the back of the skull. He was dead right then. The gang members drove off and when the police arrived, he was furious and overall sad and having mixed emotions. Since that day Jake wanted to make sure that this wouldn't happen to anyone else ever again.
Mina didn't want any other family to suffer like he did. He went to a Fib open recruitment that day and he wanted to join on the spot. He talked with Fib agents he has worked very hard and worked his way up the chain of command.
Outcomes
1. Mina Can Break bodycams using /rp command to dont get cought doing courrpt stuff
2. Mina Can not use bodycam while on duty if he patrolling exptions in special missions
3. Mina can use illegal weapons on/off duty include xxx serials
4. Mina can take bribes up to 100k
5. Mina can go ghetto off duty and kill and rob people.
6. Mina is Able to accept contracts for breaking people out of prison
7. Mina is Able to ask criminals for illegal weapons/items
8. Mina can buy weapons/illegals in the black market
9. Mina can participate in illegal family events off duty
10. Mina Can lie to suspects about calling a lawyer and still process them without calling a lawyer.
