I have experience in state organizations, I was even the Co- Leader of SAHP the two terms ago on RS server , I visited all state organizations [ LSPD, FIB, SAHP, GOV ] and in each of them I was part of the supreme command, and you have to admit that something like that requires effort and honest work, and of course knowing all the rules that are crucial for a leader!
I consider myself a good authority, and in addition to considering myself a good authority, I want to point out to you another good side of my leadership, which is the respect I give to other members!
3. Your tips for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
I would do my best to make the LSPD as an organization an example to other organizations of what a serious organization like the Los Santos Police Department [LSPD] should look like.
