1. So I got contacted by Harry King, who asked me if I have been a part of a event with the gang. Where I replayed I was not sure if I was a part of this event. I was informed that I was being banned for 30 days because I did not have the recording stored for 48 hours as I could not prove that I was not there. I must object to that claim due to the admin did not made any claim or indicated that he has any proved of me even being there and he was fishing for my confession. As he is the admin he bear the burden of proof and here there is no proof. There for I will claim that there is reassemble doubt in this case and I ask to be unbanned.
2. When the banned came I got 30 days for Threats/276342 in steed of being banned for 30 days as claimed by admin for not record the event and save it for 48 hours.
On this basis I ask to be Acquitted due to Uncorrelated charge of rules. You can not charge a person with one article and then change it.
If you maintain that I am charge by Threads/276342. I would I like to know on what basis and where this event have taken place if it even has taken place as I was not there at the claimed event.
