Rejected Gen Rule 1.1

so i came home finding that i got blocked by Gen Rule 1.1 in EN 3. not knowing what or how .
before i left country UAE i opened a forums about that just in case of anything might happened.
i dont know the reason why i got that blocked but it's a shame to got it without a reason, am a a big fan and donator to your project you can check that.
so what was the reason for getting that blocked if as it says (shared or traded) if that so how am i still donating to the project. beside my account is in 2 auth. so i dont think anyone can access my account without me knowing
