i was cuffed so i called for admin help so the admin said "issues" so Hitmat came to take of the cuffs for me but he couldn't so i asked Hitman to shoot me to reset the cuffs. but Hitman got a warning for RDM. we both tried to cantact administration but they've been told to stop spamming.
