Dear Hector Espinoza,
Since I thought no one would kill each other for the last 10 minutes in the event area, I was waiting in the event area and someone killed me. I complained about the person who killed him, but I went there again because I had to catch up with the event. I know I shouldn't be going back there for 15 minutes, but since what he did was a crime, I thought it would be okay. Will I really be penalized for NLR?
