I was attacking a State Object and they shoot me without given any demands also they tell the EMS guy Leave they didnt let them to revive me I also ask admin and they said they cant shoot.

Literally doenst make sense, if someone's property is being attacked by a gang and you see that gang there u still have to give demands to leave? doesnt make sense at all .
