Hello I would like to understand the fact of rolling over a person that I did not see can make me take a penalty for the general rule 6.8.
If I took a ban for speaking Arabic it's not me speaking, just see there were two microphones activated and just talk to me it's not my voice.
So I think that before sanctioning the administrator should be sure and review the povs.
