Bobby mentioned these 2 reasons for ban given by Floki Vilgerorarson:
1. not allowed to sell a house less than state value
2. sold the house and then gave back 200k logs are clear no such thing as car involved
For 1. there's no rules like u can't sell house less than state value, if it's then show me the proof, and if it's not allowed then option wouldn't be there at selling property option to player ( in that it's clearly mention that you can't sell 50% less than state value so I sold in 50% value margin)
For 2. leave the cars stuff cz u won't get that point, straight and simple thing is I traded property with taxes within rules, now i got the money after cut of tax so that matter closed there within rules. so now it's my money and it's my wish to whom I wanna give it. I passed it to another person within limit of 5 Mil. Checkout rule 1.7 which belongs to this case. And alot of players passes money to the friends in need. Giving cash to your friends isn't called tax evading unless it specially mentioned in rules.
Kindly don't mix 2 rules in 1 and according to both rules as well no rules has been broken by any of us. State got its 10% cut and that settles the state. Now it doesn't have any bussiness to do with my 200k that to whom I pass it unless it's under 5 Mil according to rule.
It's a game and let it be a game. If it has rules then let them rules as they are, no one should modify their language or meaning of that.
Ban reason is only 1.9:
It is forbidden to evade our systems of selling/buying. If you evading TAX(e.g. selling/buying/trading house/items/cars/clothes for 1k and then taking money.
Checkout transaction according to this rule, buying/selling/trading house for 1k(or less amount of price) then handing over remaining amount by passing it, that's called violation.
Selling house with proper amount with giving 10% tax isn't violation and checkout transaction i didn't take any money later on as well.
There is no rule for we can't sell any item in less than state value. If there is, then show the proof.
Kindly don't spoil the game over just winning little arguments done by your own staff. It's a game and let it be a game.
