Hello Floki,

I have just realised that I have been banned for Gen Rule 1.9. Bart has gone on an urgent trip for a funeral and he needed me to watch his houses while he was away. He did not sell them to me for a low price, he gave me the money back and I am looking after them for him while he is away.

I am deeply sorry for the mistake that led to my ban. It was completely unintentional and I understand if my actions have caused any inconvenience or frustration. I had an urgent reason for my actions and I assure you that it will not happen again in the future.

I have never been banned or received a warning on any GrandRP server.
